Message from the President
Welcome to IAQVEC. For more than three decades, our community has worked toward a shared goal: buildings that are healthy for the people inside them and responsible in the energy they use.
Today, that mission calls for closer collaboration than ever. Over the 2026–2029 term, we will strengthen IAQVEC as a global platform where science, design, industry, and policy meet. We will bring AI, real-time sensing, and human-centric technologies into our work, build regional chapters across the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and Africa, and invest in students and early-career professionals through travel grants, mentoring, and new recognition such as the Fellow of IAQVEC.
I invite researchers, practitioners, and partners from across our field to join us in shaping the future of the built environment.
